This is the first part of a double salon with rounded corners. It is an informal salon dedicated to family life, where there used to be a Steinway grand piano. The low lighting, mainly from a floor lamp and Morpurgo’s pink and orange shades, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The parquet floor is hidden by a large grey wool carpet that covers the entire surface, decorated on the sides with metal inserts. The two French doors open onto a balcony overlooking the large garden below.
