Two bois de rose pieces of furniture designed by Morpurgo and made in Germany. An L-shaped dresser divides the living room into two spaces and creates a corner for a more private meeting. A light cupboard with doors and glass top has a display drawer underneath holding six engraved glass vases by Vieke Linsdrand for Orrefors. Of particular value is the female figure on a sphere by Napoleon Martinuzzi, in solid glass with gold foil decoration, 1933. There are also two iridescent ceramic cups by Cesare Paleni, made by Ceramica Bergamasca. All these are art objects of the time, probably bought at the Milan Triennale in 1933.
